Cass County ( trfnews.i234.me ) – A West Fargo man is facing multiple felony charges after allegedly stealing a dying patient’s wallet at a Fargo hospital.
According to court documents, Joshua Adam Waggoner admitted to taking the wallet and using the debit cards to buy alcohol and DoorDash fast food. He was arrested during a July 18 disturbance in West Fargo, where authorities say he had also violated a protection order.
Waggoner is now charged with felony theft of property, felony unauthorized use of personal identifying information, and violating a protection order.
