Cass County, North Dakota (trfnews.i234.me) — A man identified as Leroy Esquire Manning is facing multiple felony charges following an early-morning vehicle theft and police pursuit in Fargo.

According to court documents, the incident began around 2:20 a.m. on July 30 when a victim briefly entered a Perkins restaurant to pick up an order. During that time, Manning allegedly stole the victim’s vehicle, an act witnessed by another individual at the scene.

Police pursued Manning, who fled through Fargo before being stopped in West Fargo using a pit maneuver. Authorities arrested him and filed a series of charges, including felony theft of property, felony fleeing, and felony possession of drug paraphernalia.

Manning remains in custody as the case moves forward through Cass County District Court.
