Cass County, Fargo (trfnews.i234.me) – In a chilling domestic violence case unfolding in Fargo, Nick Mark Ivan Gaudin has been charged with five felonies stemming from a terrifying series of assaults on a woman — including while a child was present — according to Cass County court documents.

The violence reportedly began on April 2, when Gaudin and a woman got into an argument while driving. During the confrontation, Gaudin allegedly punched her in the face several times and forcibly took her phone when she attempted to dial 911 for help.

But the violence didn’t stop there. The abuse continued at a residence, where Gaudin is accused of further assaulting the woman. The incident turned even more disturbing when the terrified woman asked, “Are you going to kill me in this house while my daughter is here?” Gaudin allegedly responded, “Yes, I will kill you in here.

According to the incident report, Gaudin’s actions have led to the following charges:

  • Felony Terrorizing

  • Felony Domestic Violence

  • Felony Interference with a Telephone During Emergency Call

  • Felony Child Neglect

  • (Additional unspecified felony count)

The investigation is ongoing, and authorities have not yet released further details regarding the safety of the child involved or whether protective measures have been enacted.
