Cass County, MN – Authorities have issued a fugitive alert for David Allan Morgan Jr., who is currently wanted after violating the terms of his release. Morgan, born on February 22, 1979, was last released from custody on December 26, 2019, but has been declared a wanted fugitive as of November 18, 2021.
Morgan was originally sentenced on June 14, 2018, in Cass County for a DWI offense, under court file number 11-CR-12-2152. His case is being handled by Agent Jodi DeSkeere, and authorities are urging the public to remain vigilant.
