CASS COUNTY (trfnews.i234.me) – A Fargo man has been charged with felony aggravated assault following an incident involving a knife and other weapons in downtown Fargo.
According to court documents, on July 27 at 8:04 a.m., officers were dispatched to the area of 22 North Broadway after reports of an assault. Police detained Dominic I. Long, who was allegedly carrying a pocketknife, brass knuckles, and throwing stars.
A male victim with a laceration on his arm told police that Long had walked up to him and his friends and pulled a knife, prompting them to fight back. Officers reported that Long also sustained swelling on the side of his face during the altercation.
Long is now facing a felony aggravated assault charge.
