Cass County (trfnews.i234.me) – A Fargo man, James Felix Rush, is now facing multiple felony drug trafficking charges following a dramatic takedown by law enforcement on June 4th.
According to court documents, Rush was under surveillance by the Metro Street Crimes Unit and Cass County Drug Task Force as he made several stops around Fargo, suspected of drug activity. When officers moved in to arrest him, he fled on foot, but was quickly tackled and detained.
During the arrest, authorities found multiple packages of methamphetamine and fentanyl on his person.
Rush is now formally charged with:

Felony possession with intent to deliver fentanyl

Felony possession with intent to deliver 50+ grams of methamphetamine
He also has a history of prior drug convictions.
