CASS COUNTY (trfnews.i234.me) — On the evening of April 27th, Fargo police responded to a reported robbery at Pro Serve, located at 205 NP Avenue. According to court documents, at approximately 8:37 p.m., Troy John Brown allegedly took two sandwiches valued at $10.88 without paying. When a security officer confronted him outside the store, Brown reportedly struck the officer multiple times in the head and body.
Police located Brown shortly after the incident. He admitted to obtaining the sandwiches from the store and engaging in a physical altercation with the security guard, but denied any theft. Brown was arrested and is now charged with felony robbery.
