Cass County: Fargo Man Arrested with Stolen Gun After Disturbance at Romada Motel

Cass County (trfnews.i234.me) — In Fargo, an early morning police response at the Romada motel on 13th Avenue South has resulted in serious charges for Reece E. Harold. At 1:47 a.m. on March 17th, Fargo Police were dispatched after receiving reports of a disturbance involving firearms.

A woman inside the motel claimed that Harold and another woman entered her room while brandishing guns. Responding officers found Harold on the premises and discovered that he was in possession of a 9mm Taurus handgun.

Further investigation revealed that the firearm was listed as stolen from a vehicle in Fargo, adding a theft element to the dangerous encounter.

Harold was taken into custody and is now facing a felony theft of property charge related to the stolen weapon.

This arrest comes amid ongoing law enforcement efforts in Cass County to curb gun theft and prevent illegal firearms from circulating in the community.
