Cass County (trfnews.i234.me)Travis Andrew Hoyt of Fargo is facing criminal charges following reports of suspicious activity and an alleged assault in the parking lot at 619 Broadway North.

According to witnesses, Hoyt was seen rummaging through vehicles in the area. One victim reported that her vehicle had been searched, though nothing was missing. Another witness stated that Hoyt approached her vehicle, began yelling at her, and demanded she exit the car. When she refused, he allegedly punched her driver’s side window, causing it to crack, and continued to yell and make hand gestures.

Police arrested Hoyt on three outstanding Cass County warrants. He now faces new charges, including felony unlawful entry into a vehicle, misdemeanor criminal mischief, and disorderly conduct.
