Fargo Police responded to the scene at approximately 2:30 a.m., where they found a vehicle colliding with a tree, sustaining significant damage. The driver, identified as 31-year-old Tyler Benjamin of Fargo, was transported to a local hospital with serious but non-life-threatening injuries. Authorities cited Benjamin for reckless driving and driving under the influence. The North Dakota Highway Patrol assists Fargo Police with the crash reconstruction to determine the exact circumstances leading to the accident.
