Fargo Police responded to the scene at approximately 2:30 a.m., where they found a vehicle colliding with a tree, sustaining significant damage. The driver, identified as 31-year-old Tyler Benjamin of Fargo, was transported to a local hospital with serious but non-life-threatening injuries. Authorities cited Benjamin for reckless driving and driving under the influence.
