Cass County, North Dakota (trfnews.i234.me) — Christopher Hernandez, a Fargo resident, is facing felony charges following an alleged apartment break‑in and graffiti vandalism at 220 Broadway North, according to court documents.

On July 13, the property manager for the Fargo Housing Authority contacted police after reviewing security footage that showed Hernandez and another male suspect removing a metal plate over a deadbolt, entering the apartment complex, spray‑painting interior walls, and vandalizing the security video camera.

Hernandez is now charged with felony burglary and being an accomplice to criminal mischief. A second male suspect, with a documented history of criminal offenses, has been identified but not yet charged .

The investigation continues under the supervision of the Cass County District Court.
