Fargo, ND (trfnews.i234.me) — A high-speed police chase in Cass County ended in a serious crash Friday evening, April 11, 2025, when a motorcyclist collided with a vehicle at the intersection of 52nd Avenue South and 31st Street South in Fargo. The motorcyclist, who had earlier fled from officers, was transported to a local healthcare facility with serious injuries and was reported to be in stable condition at the time of transport. The driver of the other vehicle involved was uninjured.
Fargo Police reported that the motorcyclist had been observed speeding and running red lights along 45th Street South and 52nd Avenue South corridors prior to the crash. Officers did not pursue the fleeing motorcyclist, but multiple reports of dangerous driving were received shortly before the collision occurred.
Authorities have stated that felony charges for aggravated fleeing and reckless driving will be submitted to the Cass County State’s Attorney’s Office for consideration. The North Dakota Highway Patrol is leading the investigation into the incident.
