According to court records, on September 23 at 2:32 p.m., officers from Fargo and West Fargo located a stolen vehicle near the Grand Inn. Police conducted a felony stop and arrested Arsenio James of Fargo without incident.

The vehicle had been reported stolen out of Cambridge, Minnesota. Along with the car, officers recovered the victim’s wallet, cell phone, and the vehicle title. Authorities say all items have been returned to the rightful owner.
