Cass County ( trfnews.i234.me ) – A Fargo man is facing serious charges after an alleged confrontation in a neighborhood earlier this month. According to court documents, Cole Douglas Gustafson has been charged with felony terrorizing following an incident on September 14th.

A male victim reported that Gustafson appeared in his driveway, made threatening statements, and displayed an object the victim believed might have been a gun. During the exchange, Gustafson allegedly asked, “Do you want to effing die?” The alarming threat prompted immediate concern for the victim’s safety.

The victim told police that Gustafson walked away from the driveway and continued behind a neighbor’s house. Officers later received video evidence that appeared to show Gustafson leaving the scene shortly after the incident.

Law enforcement launched an investigation, and Gustafson was later taken into custody. He has now been officially charged with felony terrorizing, a serious offense under North Dakota law that can lead to significant prison time if convicted.

The case underscores the dangers of violent threats in residential areas. Authorities encourage residents to report any similar incidents immediately. More information on felony terrorizing statutes can be found in the North Dakota Century Code.
