Cass Co. Fargo Man Charged in Domestic Violence Case
Cass County ( trfnews.i234.me ) – A Fargo man is facing a felony domestic violence charge following a recent incident. Court documents show Michael H. Kehoe of Fargo was formally charged in Cass County court.
According to the documents, on September 22, Kehoe allegedly pushed a female victim to the ground during an argument. The victim reportedly suffered a head injury as a result. Authorities said the case was quickly referred to prosecutors, who filed a felony-level domestic violence charge.
