Cass & Clay Counties (trfnews.i234.me) — Austin Michael Muck, age 31, was arrested on February 11, 2025, by both the Cass County Sheriff’s Office and the Clay County Sheriff’s Office on multiple felony and misdemeanor charges.

Authorities allege that Muck was involved in dangerous driving, fled law enforcement, and possessed narcotics and paraphernalia while in possession of a firearm.
Muck remains in custody and faces felony-level proceedings in both counties.
