GRAND FORKS, ND (trfnews.i234.me) – We have the case of the vacuum cleaner bandit in Grand Forks. Thirty-seven-year-old Joshua E. Mendez of Grand Forks is facing criminal charges. According to court documents, he’s on surveillance video at Target allegedly walking out of the store with $2,000 worth of vacuum cleaners on three separate occasions. Police tracked him down on Facebook where he was selling the stolen items. Joshua E. Mendez is now facing two felony charges of theft of property.
