Capture Complete: Northern Valley Suspect Apprehended After Month-Long Search

GRAND FORKS, ND (trfnews.i234.me) Grand Forks Police captured a suspect wanted in a November pursuit that wound through East Grand Forks and into North Dakota. Reed Middleton is being held in the Grand Forks County Jail on this Thursday morning.
the month-long search for 29 year old reed middleton of grand forks is over uh he was wanted following fleeing law enforcement last month from minnesota into north dakota and he had outstanding warrants i’m told by a person close to this case that he was arrested at or near a walmart in grand forks last night for background on this story here’s our report from november 4th Neil Berg here in east grand forks on a wednesday afternoon with some breaking news about 3 20 p.m we had a pursuit going on here this started over a half hour ago i believe in east grand forks or outside of the east grand forks police apparently tried to pull over a man driving a pickup who was wanted on an outstanding warrant on an assault charge and he took off we streamed most of this live on our facebook page business page but uh didn’t see a lot of the action uh grant force police were told to set up with uh spike strips on the grand forks side of the river by the kennedy bridge but the pursuit never went that direction it went north of east grand forks um apparently up to oslo and then the pursuit went into north dakota talked with the dispatcher here in east grand forks who said they terminated the the pursuit but listening to scanner traffic right now we can hear officers on the grand forks side of the river still looking for the suspect driving a pickup also according to radio traffic he was involved in another pursuit last may again reid middleton now in custody after being arrested wednesday evening at or by a grand forks walmart check back later today for more details on this developing story i’m Neil Berg reporting for trfnews.i234.me
