the law caught up with a California man in Cavalier North Dakota on Monday morning a citizen reported a suspicious black Ford f-150 pickup parked at the end of Busey Lane in Cavalier a check of the vehicle by an officer revealed it was stolen from Kansas City Missouri the officer then saw two males walking by and detained Terrell Martin the suspect he’d seen driving during his off-duty hours the suspect allegedly gave a false name and information but a fingerprint check revealed his identity as 24 year-old Terrell Martin of Sacramento California he’s now been charged with felony theft of property and misdemeanors of false information to a peace officer and unauthorized use of personal identifying information Martin also has outstanding warrants in Arizona in California I’m Neil Berg reporting for I news TV
