caught in the act a 60-year-old Stephen Michael Jensen of Grand Forks was caught breaking into a car according to court documents on May 19th a Grand Forks resident and the 500 block of North 7th Street called 9-1-1 to report someone looking into her car while on the phone with the dispatcher she saw Jensen force entry into the car and the alarm went off police found him at the vehicle with the driver’s door open he admitted to using a clothes hanger to forcing entry into the vehicle Stephen Jensen has been charged with felony unlawful entry into a vehicle I’m Neil Berg reporting for itrfnews.i234.me
