Kendall s Feist of Grand Forks listed as homeless in Devil’s Lake is facing a felony charge of burglary in that town according to court documents on December 28th at 3:30 a.m. he allegedly broke into the North Country Car Wash in Devil’s Lake he was found hiding under a car and arrested surveillance video shows him entering the property and then ripping a newly installed camera off the wall I’m Neil Berg reporting for I trfnews.i234.me
