Brooklyn Park — Motorcycle Crash on Highway 610 Leaves One with Life-Threatening Injuries

Brooklyn Park, Hennepin County (trfnews.i234.me) — On March 13, 2025, around 6:34 p.m., a severe crash occurred on westbound Highway 610 at Highway 252 in Brooklyn Park. A 2024 Harley Davidson Street Glide lost control on a curve and struck the rear of a 2013 Toyota Tundra.

The rider, 30-year-old Ryan Matthew Friedl from Buffalo, MN, suffered life-threatening injuries and was transported to North Memorial Hospital. Authorities reported that alcohol was involved, and Friedl was not wearing a helmet. The Toyota driver, 44-year-old Oleksandr Bak of Otsego, MN, was unharmed.

Responding agencies included Hennepin County, Anoka County, Brooklyn Park Fire, North Memorial EMS, and Allina EMS.
