Brian Jay Burkholder, 69, of Grand Forks, ND, passed away the morning of Thursday, May 23, 2024, at the Sanford Care Center in Hillsboro, ND. He was surrounded by love. Brian was born in Grand Forks, ND, February 9, 1955. He graduated from Red River High School in 1973.
Brian is survived by his daughter, Brianna Burkholder, sons Jeremy Hendershot and Jacob Hendershot. He is survived by his brother, Michael Burkholder, sisters, Joleen Olson, June (Lonnie) Spokely, and Janelle Towey, several nephews, nieces. He is also survived by his two uncles, Frank Burkholder and Bill Eismann.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Kelley Burkholder; parents Earl and LaVerne (Stoltman) Burkholder.

Memorial Liturgy: 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, May 29, 2024, at the Historic Norman Funeral Home Chapel.
Family greeting: One hour prior to the liturgy in the funeral home on Wednesday.
Interment: Calvary North Cemetery, Grand Forks, ND.
Following the interment, there will be a Celebration of Life.
