BREAKING: U-Turn Disaster on Hwy 78 in Otter Tail County—Young Woman Hospitalized After Crash with Semi | trfnews.i234.me

Perham Township, Otter Tail County (trfnews.i234.me) – A traffic incident occurred at approximately 4:07 p.m. on July 6, 2025, when a Toyota Camry and a Peterbilt semi collided on Highway 78 near Fort Thunder Road.

Both vehicles were traveling southbound when one attempted a U-turn at the intersection, causing the collision. The Toyota Camry, driven by 25-year-old Zoe Ann Kritzberger of Hillsboro, ND, deployed its airbags. She suffered non-life-threatening injuries and was transported to Perham Hospital.

The semi driver, 22-year-old John Kenneth Honer of Dent, MN, was also involved but reported no injuries and required no medical attention.

Responding agencies included Perham Fire & Ambulance and the Otter Tail County Sheriff’s Office. Road conditions were dry at the time of the crash.
