we have an update regarding that Saturday night shooting at the Stanford apartments in Grand Forks just before 9 p.m Grand Forks Police now say the deceased in this incident is identified as 53 year old the white Caprice Cross of Grand Forks who confronted a male subject identified as 24 year old Javon Khalil Lowry of Grand Forks a brief brief argument took place cross then brandished what appeared to be a firearm turd Lowry causing Lowry to use his own firearm hitting cross in the chest the firearm used by cross was later determined by officers on scene to be a pellet style rifle again the deceased in that Saturday night shooting in Grand Forks here at the Stanford Apartments has been identified as 53-year-old the White Cross of Grand Forks no further word on whether charges will be filed in this case I’m Neil Berg reporting for itrfnews.i234.me
