A semi-truck jackknifed across the northbound lane of I29 near Reynolds, North Dakota causing traffic delays. Yup slow way way down… 40 is too fast… We had a bunch of rain and then snow fall on top of it with temps below freezing… That equals ice folks. Obviously roads would be pretty terrible
