At 8:10 p.m., officers responded to a report of a body discovered by a bystander in a tall grassy area of a public park on the 3000 block of Rivershore Drive. The deceased has been identified as Angela Hart, who had been reported missing previously.
The body, which had been at the location for some time, showed no initial signs of trauma. It has been transported to the Ramsey County Medical Examiner’s Office for an autopsy. The investigation into Hart’s death is ongoing, with no further details available at this time. The Clay County Sheriff’s Office, the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension, and the Moorhead Fire Department assisted in the investigation
