we have an update regarding a two-vehicle injury crash just east of Mentor Minnesota on Highway 2 at 7 17 p.m Friday evening this from the Polk County Sheriff’s Department upon arrival deputies learned a Toyota Tacoma was traveling Northbound on County Road 10 driven by Thomas Hoke 23 of Red Lake Falls Minnesota hope crossed the intersection of U.S Highway 2 he failed to yield to oncoming traffic and struck a white Cadillac Escalade that was traveling westbound on Highway 2 driven by 49-year-old Gretchen Rogers of Breezy Point Minnesota both vehicles entered the ditch and sustained heavy damage all occupants were wearing their seat belts Gretchen Rogers was taken by County EMS to Riverview Hospital in Crookston to be treated for non-life-threatening injuries Hoke was cited for failing to yield at an intersection responded agencies included Mentor fire department and County EMS I’m Neil Berg reporting for itrfnews.i234.me
