KARLSTAD, MN (trfnews.i234.me) The Minnesota BCA is on the scene of a shooting death in far northwest Minnesota at Karlstad early on this Saturday morning.
Bob Carlson up here in far northwest Minnesota early on a Saturday morning where a murder investigation is underway just west of Carlstead, Minnesota. Now, I’m told this happened around 1:00 a.m. on this uh Saturday here at this uh residence just along Highway 11 just west of Carlstead. The unconfirmed story I uh received was that a resident here confronted an intruder. Uh no further details yet. The BCA, Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension, is on the scene. Um I talked with a chief deputy who wouldn’t confirm any details yet, uh but says they’ll have a statement uh for me uh later uh today on what happened here. uh that uh chief deputy did confirm that as of 6:30 a.m. on this Saturday. Uh there is no one in custody in connection to this incident. Again, the Minnesota BCA investigating an apparent shooting death here just west of Carlstead on this Saturday.
