SPIRIT LAKE NATION, ND (trfnews.i234.me) – Emergency crews are currently battling a major house fire on the Spirit Lake Nation, just three miles south of the casino near St. Michael, North Dakota.
The fire, which broke out Saturday afternoon on the 7700 block of Moton Road, has fully engulfed the residence. Initial reports indicate that all occupants managed to escape safely, though this has not yet been officially confirmed. The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) Fire Department and BIA Police are on the scene working to control the blaze.
