The fatal crash happened around 11:00 p.m. in the Rolling Hills neighborhood, located about six miles southeast of Fort Totten. According to reports, a male pedestrian was struck and killed by a 30-year-old woman driving an SUV. Both individuals were members of the Spirit Lake Nation.
