BREAKING: Nelson County Suspect Apprehended Following SWAT Deployment

LAKOTA, ND (trfnews.i234.me) A Nelson County, North Dakota suspect was in custody late Friday afternoon, after a SWAT team was searching for him last night.
we have an update regarding a case out of nelson county north dakota we’ve been following since early this friday morning jonathan ebert’s junior showed up in court in lakota this afternoon for sentencing after becoming the suspect in another crime last night we’ll start with last night nelson county sheriff keith olsen told me they were investigating a home break-in in mackville that led to the devil’s lake swat team being called to search ebert’s home northwest of mackville he wasn’t found until he showed up for court on another matter this afternoon for the incident last night he’s been now been charged with felony burglary and misdemeanors of criminal mischief and disorderly conduct for allegedly breaking into an occupied home now he was already scheduled to appear in court today for sentencing under a plea agreement for felonies involving burglary and aggravated assault and misdemeanor criminal mischief in another case sentencing on those charges has been postponed until july 15 and he’s scheduled to make his next court appearance august 12th on the new charges meanwhile bail for ebert’s was set at ten thousand dollars this afternoon and as of 4 30 p.m on this friday it had not been posted and he remained in custody if bail is posted conditions of it require no contact with the male victim in this case i’m Neil Berg reporting for trfnews.i234.me
