St. Louis County (trfnews.i234.me) – A deadly shooting rocked downtown Duluth early Sunday morning, June 15, leaving one man dead and two people under arrest.

Duluth Police responded to the 100 block of East 3rd Street around 1:30 a.m., where they found a man suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Officers rendered aid, and the victim was transported to a local hospital, but he later died from his injuries. A second man was reportedly shot at but not hit.

Following the incident, Duluth Police quickly identified two suspects: Antonio Duryea Hendon, 35, and Amber Michelle Rose Walker, 41. The Cloquet Police Department and the Carlton County Sheriff’s Office located and detained both suspects.

Hendon is being held in the St. Louis County Jail on preliminary charges of Second-Degree Murder and First-Degree Assault, while Walker is being held for Aiding and Abetting Second-Degree Murder.

Investigators confirmed all individuals involved knew each other and are now reviewing a prior incident that may have escalated into the deadly confrontation. The victim’s identity has not been released as authorities notify family members.
