BREAKING: Incident Reported of Man Hit by Van in Bemidji

BEMIDJI, MN (trfnews.i234.me) We have an update regarding our report of a man struck by a van in the parking lot of Walmart in Bemidji last Saturday. Police say the man who is now facing criminal charges, actually threw himself into the van.
we have an update to this story we told you about last saturday in the parking lot of walmart in bemidji according to witnesses here the subject that seven nine entertained apparently was struck by a white van in the parking lot and the driver supposedly a lover or ex lover now 27 year old octavius lopez of black duck has been charged with felony second degree assault gross misdemeanor domestic assault and a gross misdemeanor of a danko violation named protection order violation according to court records on february 13th at 1 40 pm officers responded to the bemidji walmart for a reporter of an assault with a knife the dispatch indicated a male had stolen a female’s purse at knifepoint at walmart the female victim a former partner of lopez stated that he’d forced her to drive at knife point from north home to bemidji the victim stated that when lopez went to use the bathroom she fled the store setting off an alarm she said she was trying to drive away when lopez jumped at the van breaking the driver’s side mirror and falling to the ground she says she drove a short distance away and waited for police police state they have surveillance video of the incident i’m Neil Berg reporting for trfnews.i234.me
