Cass County (trfnews.i234.me) – “Occupants of Apartment 205, this is the police with a search warrant for your address!” That was the message as Red River Valley SWAT and Fargo Police executed a high-risk search warrant Monday night in connection with an armed robbery reported earlier that evening.

At approximately 7:31 p.m., officers responded to a robbery call in the 2000 block of 21st Avenue South. After a quick investigation, they identified a nearby apartment unit, suspected of housing the armed robbers, and secured the perimeter.

Due to the suspects’ criminal history and the severity of the crime, SWAT was deployed at 11:03 p.m. to carry out the operation safely.

However, after entering the unit, no suspects were found. The case remains under active investigation, with no further details released at this time, according to Sergeant Paul Simson of Fargo Police.

Stay tuned for further updates.
