Breaking: Crookston Man Receives Sentence for Murder – Courtroom Coverage

CROOKSTON, MN (trfnews.i234.me) A Crookston man was sentenced to nearly 36 years in prison Friday afternoon for the May 2017 murder of a woman he was engaged to.

Neil Berg here with exclusive coverage of the second scene of any Frazier I was the only reporter in the courtroom today as Fraser was sentenced nearly 36 years in prison the 51 year old Fraser goodtime could be out within 24 years making him 75 he pled guilty under a plea deal to the second-degree murder intentional the death of Tanya Wallace in May of 2007 at a downtown Crookston apartment she was strangled a death and found in a basket for of murder victim Tanya Wallace’s family members made statements to judge Kurt Marvin before sentencing today the victim’s sister stated he’s destroyed our lives forever I don’t want to see your face ever again the victim’s mother said Eddie Frazier god bless your soul prosecutor Scott Bueller commented before sentencing that Frazier spent his adult life lying cheating and stealing and pointed out that when Frazier was arrested in Minneapolis following the murder he tried to run over a BCA agent and was shot in the arm 51 year old Eddie Frazier sentenced to nearly 36 years in prison today I’m Neil Berg reporting for i-news TV
