Bovey, Minnesota (trfnews.i234.me) — A woman from Bovey, Minnesota, Michaela Charley, is now facing multiple criminal charges after a disturbing domestic incident in rural Itasca County.
According to court records, on March 21st, a sheriff’s deputy responded to a domestic call in a rural area near Bovey. Charley reportedly told the responding officer she was dealing with a foot infection, heart issues, and was frustrated that the male victim wasn’t helping with household chores like cleaning and laundry.
However, the male victim gave a very different account — alleging that Charley had threatened him with a pair of scissors, and even threw salt and pepper shakers at him. He told law enforcement that he was “sick and tired of living in fear” due to her behavior.
Charley is now facing the following charges:
