this just in from Fargo police regarding a possible kidnapping attempt both parties have now been located this all started at 12:40 3 p.m. after the department was notified by the victim’s brother Kirsten Don heard of a 33 that she may have been kidnapped by her ex-boyfriend 41 year old Matthew Thomas Roy Hanson now at this hour Fargo police say officers were dispatched for a possible kidnapping that had just occurred in the city of Fargo a preliminary investigation done by officers on the scene led them to believe there was a great likelihood that the female believed to be kidnapped was in danger regional notifications were made to law enforcement and the female along with his suspected male were located in rural Barnes County North Dakota both are safe the investigation is ongoing I’m Neil Berg reporting for I news TV
