LAKOTA, ND (trfnews.i234.me) — A Minnesota man is now facing serious drug charges in North Dakota after authorities found him asleep behind the wheel at a Lakota motel with a stash of drugs.
According to court documents, on March 9th at 11:07 p.m., law enforcement discovered Michael Ott of Borup, Minnesota, unresponsive in a vehicle. K-9 Raith from Nelson County was brought in and alerted positive for narcotics. A subsequent search led to the discovery of:
- Methamphetamine
- Cocaine
- Marijuana & Marijuana Wax
- A digital scale & baggies
Ott is now officially charged with:
- Possession with intent to deliver meth
- Possession of drug paraphernalia
- Multiple drug possession charges
Authorities are continuing their investigation into the extent of his drug operations. Further legal proceedings are pending.
