Bomb Threat Disrupts Line 3 Pipeline Protest

FOND DU LAC, MN (trfnews.i234.me) Suspicious packages are under investigation at a bomb scare during a Line 3 Pipeline protest west of Duluth on this Friday.
we had a bomb scare with the pipeline protesters today this would be west of duluth in the inset here you’re looking at a line three stop line three protest group on tuesday uh where they crawled inside a pipe and were arrested along the crow ring crow wing river today this in from the carlton county uh sheriff’s office this friday at noon fond du lac police responded to protest activity blocking ditch bank road as people were dispersing from the area at 12 40 pm carlton county 911 dispatch received a call that three people had thrown suspicious packages out and left the area the carlton county sheriff’s office responded a bomb squad was requested through the minnesota duty officer to investigate the packages the area around the incident location is being evacuated for safety the perch like town hall is being used as a shelter for anyone evacuated from the area the cloquet area fire district the minnesota bureau of criminal apprehension and minnesota department of natural resources also responded to assist with the incident this is an ongoing incident and there will be further updates again uh authorities investigating a bomb scare during a stop line three protest on the fond du lac reservation west of duluth i’m Neil Berg reporting for trfnews.i234.me
