FARGO, ND (trfnews.i234.me) Early Wednesday morning, firefighters rushed to 355 4th Avenue North in Fargo in response to reports of residents trapped inside a burning apartment building. Upon arrival, firefighters discovered flames engulfing the exterior and extending into the attic, with heavy smoke billowing from the eaves and roof. Swift action by the firefighting crews contained the blaze, preventing further damage and injuries. Although damages were confined to the north half of the building, an investigation is ongoing to determine the cause and assess the extent of the damage. The fate of the affected residents and the total number of impacted units remains uncertain.
