Polk County (trfnews.i234.me) – Authorities have arrested Blaine Andrew Dana, born March 8, 1987, on March 6, 2025, for first-degree DUI after allegedly being caught with a blood alcohol concentration (BAC) of .10 or more within two hours of driving.
Under Minnesota Statute 169A.20.1(5), a first-degree DUI is a felony offense, carrying severe legal consequences. First-degree DUI charges often apply to individuals with prior DWI convictions, extremely high BAC levels, or aggravating factors such as causing injury or having a child in the vehicle.
Dana is currently being held in Polk County Jail, awaiting further legal proceedings in District Court. His case is expected to progress soon, with more details to come as authorities continue their investigation.
