Blackduck (trfnews.i234.me) – A 21-year-old woman from Blackduck, Stacy Ann Lussier, is facing a gross misdemeanor after admitting to providing vodka to a 15-year-old girl, according to court documents.

Blackduck Police were contacted by a man who discovered his juvenile daughter, A.J. (DOB 11/09/2008), in possession of alcohol. The father believed the alcohol came from Lussier.

When questioned by police, A.J. confirmed that Stacy Lussier gave her a bottle of vodka. Lussier later admitted to providing the alcohol.

Lussier is now charged with furnishing alcohol to a person under 21, a gross misdemeanor under Minnesota law. If convicted, she faces up to 364 days in jail and/or a $3,000 fine.
