Beltrami County (trfnews.i234.me)  A Blackduck man faces two gross misdemeanor charges.

The case stems from a traffic stop on February 13, 2026.

That is according to a complaint filed in the Ninth Judicial District Court.

Blackduck police stopped a vehicle around 5:27 PM, the complaint says.

The stop happened near Summit Avenue NW in Blackduck, records say.

Police said the registration had expired and the exhaust was loud.

Police identified the driver as Tylor Gordon Aery.

Aery was born on December 2, 1988, records say.

Police asked Aery about medicine, the complaint says.

Aery said he takes several medicines, including Adderall.

Police asked him to step out of the vehicle.

Police said he became angry and raised his voice.

The complaint says the passenger got out and yelled.

Police said Aery kept putting his hands in his pockets.

She told deputies he has temper issues, the complaint says.
