FARGO, ND (trfnews.i234.me) – Michael W. Sattler of Fargo is facing a felony charge after an incident on August 15th where he exhibited strange behavior in the 1500 Block of 19th Avenue North. Sattler was reportedly causing a disturbance at a nearby motel, leading to his removal from the premises. Following this, he was seen walking through the parking lots of nearby businesses, screaming, yelling at passersby, and attempting to open vehicle doors. Police were flagged down and subsequently arrested Sattler. He is now charged with felony attempted unlawful entry into a vehicle.
