Bizarre Arrest in Jamestown: Fargo Woman Found Inside Stranger’s Car on 1st Avenue

Stutsman County (trfnews.i234.me) — A surprised passenger encounter turned into a felony arrest in Jamestown, North Dakota, this week.

According to court documents, at approximately 11:33 a.m. on March 20th, police responded to a report from a woman who found a stranger inside her vehicle in the 100 block of 1st Avenue South.

When officers arrived, they found Donna Langstaff of Fargo crawling out of the car. Langstaff reportedly told police it was her cousin’s vehicle, but could not provide her cousin’s name.

Langstaff was promptly arrested and has now been charged with felony unlawful entry into a motor vehicle.
