BISMARCK, ND (trfnews.i234.me) – Just four hours after being released on a domestic assault charge, Jeremy Krueger-Grinnell, 33, was arrested again, this time for a brutal assault that nearly turned deadly. On Thursday night, August 16, in Bismarck, Krueger-Grinnell allegedly strangled his girlfriend until she lost consciousness. When a 43-year-old neighbor intervened, Krueger-Grinnell responded with shocking violence, body-slamming the man into the street and continuing to strike him in the head.

Police arrived to find the neighbor unconscious and bleeding from a severe head injury. As officers attempted to arrest Krueger-Grinnell, he resisted, kicking one officer in the crotch. The critically injured neighbor was rushed to the hospital for treatment.

Krueger-Grinnell, who has a long criminal record including aggravated assault, burglary, and drug-related charges, is now facing multiple charges, including attempted homicide, aggravated assault, and assault on a police officer. He remains in custody at the Burleigh Morton Detention Center.
