Bismarck Man Listed on North Dakota Sex Offender Registry
BISMARCK (trfnews.i234.me) – The North Dakota Sex Offender Registry lists 29-year-old Brashawn Deon Mills as currently incarcerated with an undetermined risk level.
According to the registry, Mills was convicted of Criminal Sexual Conduct – 2nd Degree in Kalamazoo District Court, Michigan, on September 8, 2014. His sentence included one year in custody, 67 days of credit, and five years of probation. He is currently registered in Burleigh County, North Dakota.
Registry details describe him as a Black male, 5 feet 8 inches tall, weighing 130 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair. Tattoos include “Lord Protect Me From Myself” on his chest and a koi fish with flowers on his left arm.
The registry lists prior addresses in Bismarck, including PO Box 5521 and 3100 Railroad Avenue. His registration status is marked as “incarcerated.”
Officials note that public sex offender registry data is provided for community awareness. The North Dakota Attorney General’s Office reminds residents that registry information cannot be used to harass or commit crimes against listed individuals.
