The complaint says H.B. hit her head on packed snow.

Investigators say H.B. lost consciousness after the fall.

An ambulance was requested, according to the complaint.

Charges filed

Count one is third-degree assault with substantial bodily harm, a felony.

Count two is fourth-degree assault of a public employee, a gross misdemeanor.

Count three is obstructing legal process with force, a gross misdemeanor.

Count four is fifth-degree assault, a misdemeanor.

All charges are allegations, and Gotchie is presumed innocent.
