Bemidji, Beltrami County (trfnews.i234.me) – Formal charges have now been filed against Natasha Redeagle of Bemidji after a trailer home behind the Bemidji theater was intentionally set on fire in the early morning hours of June 5.
According to court documents, two individuals were sleeping inside the trailer but escaped unharmed. Authorities say the victims shared a text message allegedly sent by Redeagle before the fire, which read in part:
“Imma start this fokn trailer on fire TONIGHT.”
Redeagle is now facing two counts of felony first-degree arson, each carrying a potential sentence of up to 20 years in prison.
Investigators cite the text and motive as key evidence in the case. No injuries were reported, but the trailer was completely destroyed.
